April 3, 2019.  Virginia anglers got to fish for BSB during a traditional closed season in Feb 2019.  The agreement was the number of pounds caught has to be paid back during our normal season.  Here are the options developed by VMRC.  Please make your selection by April 15, 2019 and VSSA will inform VSSA of the poll results.
